your dental care. If your treatment requires
several visits, you will be given a written
estimate and asked to make financial arrangements
with our financial coordinator. For those
patients with dental insurance, our proposed
treatment options will seek to optimize
the maximum benefit from your insurance
coverage. |

are a registered dental health provider
for Washington Dental Service (WDS),
other Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
plans. We are also registered L&I Providers for providing service to injured workers and/or crime victims. |
